Nursery School Admission

Anemia is basically a deficiency disease which is caused when there are not enough red blood cells or when there is a lack of hemoglobin in the body. Hemoglobin is basically responsible for transportation of oxygen to the entire body and red blood cells transport nutrients and minerals to the entire body along with oxygen. When there is deficiency of red blood cells or hemoglobin it means that the body doesn't get enough nutrition that might cause and create a lot of health related problems.

These days children do not eat healthy food, they rather like eating Pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, biscuits, cookies, cakes, spicy food, high sugar content and high cholesterol food all these foods consist of high sugar and fat level that might even cause obesity, type 2 diabetes, depression and other diseases in children. Since, the lack of nutrition causes anemia it also causes iron deficiency along with it.

Hemoglobin atom consists of four iron molecules and if there is deficiency in hemoglobin this means there will be a deficiency of iron in the body. Therefore, in order to produce hemoglobin and red blood cells the body needs enough iron so that they can deliver enough oxygen to the entire body. In order to fulfill the iron requirement of the body one can include a lot of dietary changes that can help them to improve their iron content in the body. In cases where the person has a hemoglobin level of 6, in such conditions the person requires medications to improve the condition of the person.
